Can someone ID the 2 Palys in this photo for me, please?

I got them as Orange Envy PE's and Toxic Lava PE's but I'm not sure that's what they are.

Thanks in advance,

Dave

Thanks you guys! How about the ones in the bottom left of the pic? Any ideas on those? They are the ones I got as Toxic Lava PE but I'm not sure. They look different from the ones I found on google......

check lateral72's "I'm getting out..." thread in the FS section he has some that looks like them a lot.

Not Envy Orange or Orange Envy; Envy Orange PE (which is basically an Orange PE with linage to the original namer) is orange not red, and does not have the blue center to the oral disc. What you have is TRPE, not even Orange PE. As for the bottom left, it does not look like Toxic Lava, which had speckling, no green center to the oral disc, and a purple ring around the outside edge of the oral disc. Check Lateral's thread, he's a pretty avid PE collector.

I have both the TRPE and RPE and those are neither of them. They are metallic orange. The skirts actually alternate orange and blue kinda like the hornet zoas do. It's hard to tell that from the pic though.

Here is a different pic of the bottom ones that may or may not be the Toxic Lavas

I'm going to have to stand corrected. Guess I should have said my Envy Oranges never showed any blue center around the mouth instead. In looking at the pictures on Coral Pedia, I see that almost all of them show the blue center under both Envy Orange and Orange PE. Some would argue that unless you can show lineage back to the original namer of the Envy Oranges that yours cannot be True Envy Orange, however I'm not one of them. Personally I think that if it looks like a duck, quakes like a duck, then its a duck. I've always felt that Envy Orange and Orange PE were the same polyp. So, if its an orange polyp, you have Envy Orange or Orange PE.

AMEN!! When I bought them as OEPE, it was from a LFS I trust. They have just morphed a little since I first got them and not really grown at all. I bought 2 polyps 2 years ago and now I have 4. LOL. They are more finicky than my PPE if that is possible.
