Paly or Aptasia?

Good afternoon I noticed this the other day and haven't been able to get a good picture because of it location in the tank but do you think this is Aptasia or a paly frag that I had co

me unglued and managed to survive?

i think it might be a paly, aptasia tends to be "clearer"
