Paly or zoa

Is this a paly or a zoa, or something else entirely? It doesn't floresce at all under Actinic light.

This is a total guess but I usually consider it a paly if the skirt tentacles are "eyelash like" and long

This guy appeared to be stretching toward the light, so I moved him up a little higher today. So far, so good.

Try to get a clear pick of the stem and under the skirt. Palys incorporate sand and other material into their structure zoa do not.
