I’m having issues with my palys these are green palys that have not been opening up very well and are brown in color. I’m thinking either bacterial issues or iodine deficiency issues any suggestions as far as dips

So they were previously green in your tank and overtime became brown?

Yes

Might be because of too much light and other stress. You can try to give a coral rx then iodine dip and let them rest in a low light area and observe.
