Paly stretch

So I am guessing the answer will be "more light", but I have never had a zoa or paly stretch like this one.

Would more light help it? It's already in the top half of the tank, I can't believe that it needs more.

That's a good point, its 10 hrs with everything going, an hour dusk and dawn.

It's crazy to me that it's only 2 of my palys are doing this, and one of them being my Nuke Greens, I have never had an issue with them in the past
 
My experience, not enough light.

I had that problem about a decade ago; ATI T5 fixtures eliminated all my polyp stretching problems - have no plans of replacing them.
 
So what is the verdict, low flow or light. Mine stretch also and I know mine are not from low light. Article above said his went down after they received more flow. Might have to add some flow and see.
