I have had these in the tank for over a month and they are almost always closed. Water parameters are SG 1.025, Amon 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 10 phos .25 iodine .08. I know the iodine is high, it was near zero for a while and I got a little carried away. They opened when I first dosed the iodide, but then closed up again. They are reproducing like crazy, just not opening. Anyone have any suggestions?
