Palytoxin---Scary stuff!

In my opinion its vibrio causing most of the issues we see vs palytoxin

vibrio is really common among our rockwork, coral slimes and waters

we are discussing in a nano-reef thread currently how the palythoids are the higher toxin risk among colonial zos
 
Ha! I didn't search that to know, the ultimate tummy ache.

Vibrio is among the pathogens we might encounter from our tanks, palytoxin is much rarer


surely its different species than what harshly challenged humans for centuries ill have to search that out. didn't know cho was from vib

I'm sure it is a different species.
I'm a med lab tech so I'm fairly familiar with most common human pathogens (I'm not a micro tech).
