Nice, that middle section is using light, just stretched the twins to 13 hours from 12! ;)
Thank you Simon, good to know I am not alone in extending the photoperiod beyond 12 hrs. o_O

Hey @GoVols do you recognize this tank?

Yes sir, Pancho

Spring - 2012 S-600, next time you're in there feel around the square box's edges that opens to the downpipe valve.

Saw it about a month ago while picking up some Reef Frenzy.

At one time it was the best acro-based reef that I have ever seen in person.

Is your chalice still looking good?

Oh, did not check the downpipe but I did check they upgraded the skimmer to a RSK, the lights are now Red Sea LED and the new wavemakers. Did they modify the piping too? ;Nailbiting

My chalice is still holding, not yet at 100% but improving thank you.

No, they did no modify the stock plumbing.
He (Chis Beggin) swears by those Red Sea 90 watt ReefLEDs.

lol
Next time you go:
Just rub your fingers around the acrylic/PVC box edges where you can adjust your downpipes.

Are they still pushing a bio-pellet reactor in its sump?

Yes, the bio-pellet reactor is still there. I got to say I am positively impressed by the ReefLEDs, I was not expecting them to be that good looking and pushing so much light. I will check downpipes in my next visit.

Today I was at Nashville Zoo with the whole family, nice walk for a change, awesome place.

I bought this red linckia red star, 4 years ago and disappeared after 3 months. Last time I saw her she was munching my setosa ;Vamp, after that she vanished until today. Happy to see she has survived and is thriving

My PO4 touched again 0.5 ppm again so Phosguard is going into the reactor.

Small update, wc done two weeks ago, NO3 now in 10 and PO4 in 0.25, the Phosban is doing its job. I asked my friend to take my brain coral to his LFS to try to save it.

My alk consumption has double in the last months as corals are growing like weed.

Final day in the USA, now going back home to reefing!

Pancho.
That's some great news!!

Bet there is a lot of family and friends that will be happy about your family's return home.

:)
