My question is two fold. Does anyone have experience with a panda goby and I have two orange spot goby and a neon blue goby. Would they get along with a panda goby?

I've looked after them before and found they do best with lots of natural foods and additions of live baby brine. The trouble with them (and for some people it's a plus as they like looking for them) is they are incredibly cryptic. We had two in a little 15 litre nano with a flaming prawn goby and zostera seahorses and you could just never find them.
If your looking for something cute and small them a coral croucher, which is similar but larger making it easier to find (they are also easier to feed). Or one of the similar gobies like the yellow or green clown gobies which are more out going (yellow especially).

Alternatively if you have a nice little suitable coral for the panda which you can put in a prominent place, you might have more chance of seeing it.

I was also considering the Green banded goby. Any thoughts on that one? I was going to get two

They would be a much easier option. They are hardy, easy to feed, slightly less cryptic so you will see more and can be kept in pairs or groups. They can change sex as well, either way, so pairs are guaranteed. The only thing they need is adequate space to build a little territory for themselves but that's tiny.
I believe I've read groups of ten or so living in a coral head.
