I just came back from the local fish shop and they tested my water, all is fine they think maybe my filter sock should be changed, in fairness it is about 3 weeks so perhaps that may help.
Corals arrived so they are going to have a pretty good acclamation time in their original water and sitting in my tank.
Duncan seems to be sulking now but that could be all the messing around today.
If anyone has anymore ideas please shout.
