Panta rhei Hydrowizard 63 dead in 4 months

Hey guys, i bought 4x hydrowizard 63s from panta rhei directly 5-6 months ago. One of the pumps have been dead from like two months, and I have tried to reach out to panta rhei via, email, phone and instagram but havnt heard back anything. It’s really a shame to spend so much money on claimed top notch product and have to support.

The gentleman from Anderson family reef with the giant tank is also suffering with them at the moment, his controller died and I guess it has been a month or more to get support. Definitely questionable support and reliability for one of the most expensive products on the market.

Owner replied once I commented on the insta post saying he will get back to me after talking to his colleague but it’s been 3 weeks now without any response. I would say don’t buy it. Maybe go for Abyzz

It’s really a shame. I saw polo reef change to Abyzz flow canon as well while ago. Never buying anything from panta rhei again in my life.

Sorry to hear, I really wanted to try their hydro tube on my new tank as I have 2 closed loops but there just isn’t enough feedback on them. Based on this I’m glad I didn’t go that route

I think they tried to ramp up the production to match the demand. Its not as good as they supposed to be. I spent 16k NZD to get 4x hydowizards and one of them is dead already.
