PanWorld 10px problem

So I have a brand new panworld 10px that I can't get to pump water. Every time I plug it in it vibrates but nothing happens. I poured some water down the outlet pipe just to see what would happen and it did move just that volume of water albeit slowly. I am probably being an idiot and just overlooking something. I have an iwaki 70 rlt that has never given me a problem, but I can't get this little guy to work. I am open for any and all help.

Have you pulled the cover off to see if the impellor is blocked by chance? Another thing to try is fill the pipes with water before turning it on. Sometimes they have difficulties pulling the air through and purging it.

Thanks guys!! Got it working. Took the impellor apart and it worked once j put it back together.
