What par levels do you keep your millepora? I have a rainbow millepora that I am pretty sure has stunted growth due to photoinhibition (I know why and I can't fix said issue). This is the only link I could find mentioning it and mentions 190 and 230 as peak point before photoinhibition. Mine is kept at 350 as is the slowest growing coral in my tank (all other sps is growing wild at about 150). Funny enough, I have an extremely vibrant green monti cap that also in the same predicament. There are two hotspots in my tank and anything that reaches it stops growing at that particular spot.

Some Acros I might throw 350 at but Milly, 150, maybe 175,

Yeah I wish I had placed it somewhere less intense. I might break a branch off and do that but my tank has very little room for anything lol
