Par difference from 250 to 400 watt radium

does anyone have a chart or know what kind of jump I can expect to see in par numbers if I go to a higher watt bulb and what the ups and downs are of it. Really appreciate any info looking to get some more par but don't want to overdue it
 
I still remember some readings when me and a friend still run mh...
My setup : lumatek, 250w double end phoenix 14k, haminton cayman sun reflector, 9 1/2" off water measures ~600par below water 1".
Friend: lumatek, 400w single end 14k reefflux, lumanark reflector, same height measures ~900.
Obviously more wattage more par...
 
Are you going to stick to the same kelvin and just bump up wattage?
