For some reason, I cant get a straight answer to much par zoanthids need. Some say low 50-100 par, and some say 300+. One of my red zoe colonies is at around 225 par, while my toxic green zoes are at around 300 par. The red ones have full polyp extension, while the green colony is 50/50. What par do you think is best?

That’s a hard one. I think it depends on the zoas. I have zoas at the lower portion of my tank and some at the highest. All are doing great. It seems that they are very versatile. So I’d say that some of mine are getting 100 par and others are getting 300+ Par. So, Maybe both answers are right. Also it’s always possible that your green ones aren’t opening because of flow instead of light.

They do just fine in low to high. Stick em wherever you want

Put em wherever. As a general rule, darker zoas (black, dark purple, navy blue, dark green, etc) prefer lower light (100-150) and light colored zoas (yellow, orange, pink, green, etc) prefer higher light (200+).
If a zoa has a stretched stem, it’s asking for more light. If a zoa that used to open doesn’t anymore or only halfway after moving to higher light then it’s probably best to move it back. Zoas are pretty vocal if you know how to listen
