Hey guys, I bought a par meter it will be here Monday. I dont know how to play with it.
For sps's what should it read? My corals are bleaching, and I want to make sure if Im getting enough lights or not enough lights.
Thank you.

Fixture type, coral height.
Also no3 and po4
Typically if you dont have enough par/pur they will turn brown with proper nutrients
If they have too much par/pur with lack of nutrients they will bleach, or expel zooxanthellae

Oops missed a question! My sps are in the 200 range under led

Corals are 7 inches from the top of the water.
Here and Idea

Hmm *thinking*

I am guessing alkalinity around 8?

Yup par meter time! Growth tips are white, which shows good fast growth.

So 200 par should be the reading?
Right now the fixture is at 9inches above the water. 16 inches from the sps's and they are all bleaching. Im curious to know what will be my reading. @twilliard

More food :)
How old are the lamps?
Im not a t5 user anymore but when I was I changed them every 6 months (driven by icecaps)

I shoot for no less than 200 :-)

They are 7 months old.
Always running 100%
I feed the tank twice a day. With the food I feed oyster, acropower
