just out of curiosity does anyone know how much par a 150 watt Phoenix 14 k bulb puts out in a 29 gal biocube? thank you appreciate in advance your answers

There is a few variables you would need to know to even get a general answer to your question.
How old bulbs
Equiptment used with
Tank layout
Par at different levels etc

My pars change quite a bit going side to side or top to bottom - not a general overall number. Also as they age changes quite a bit.

Yeah agreed and understand. My bulbs are about 6 months. It's just a bio cube 29 gallon with frag racks in it with glass top off. Light about 10 inches off the surface.

I just wanted a general consensus if anyone knew. Top middle bottom ( center )

If I had to guess off of that and mind you only a guess like I said without checking - I would say your pars would be in good shape even at 6months. Seems to be a changing point for some but some run a year.
Prolly in the area of 100-300 top to bottom - or 60 - 250 top to bottom. In those ranges but only a guess - metal halide pack good punch
