par readings on my stock 29 bio

Found it interesting that I really couldn't find readings on this stock coralife bio. I called the manufacturer and was told with all five led bars, att bulb and white bulb my reading should be around 100 at the top and 50 at the bottom.
After using a buddy's par meter this is my readings.
White-att-five led bar "3 leds per bar"
Top-300
Middle-120
Bottom-70
Just led bars and att
Top-250
Middle-80
Bottom-52
Just led bars
Top-50
Middle-30
Bottom-10
My bulbs are about 2.5 moths old.

Are your LED bars all Lunar Blue or do you have some Cool White LED's?

Also, does the second LED switch operate the other (4) LED bars? I can't decide if I want to add Lunar Blue or Cool White as there is only one electrical cord that I could plug into a timer. I wish each LED switch had it's own seperate cord.
