PAR readings

I was worried about the amount of lights my corals were getting and so I rented PAR meter. I am running a new 3 months old mixed reef.
Readings in RED are at the peak, readings in YELLOW are during the day.

Here are settings for Hydra 26HD.

Am I on the right track or would you suggest any adjustments?

Interesting speech. Thanks for sharing. In my case Alkalinity - 11.8 check, lights around 400 PAR check, flow about 45X check, I should be in good shape now. Likely, high Alk, high flow and short time in the tank saved my corals. I had Cotton Candy showing a distress and when I moved him to the floor it started flourish again.
