I have this in my build thread too, but thought might as well put it in a more visible spot for anyone that might be curious. There are 5 units over my 48" 120. I would probably not have that many if I had not won 1, but I am really happy with the setup of having 5, there is a great amount of overlap so areas that would be totally shaded at least get some light.

The light levels are very even over the entire surface, spots where you see higher numbers like on the right rear are because the ceramic rock there is tall but hard to tell from the picture. The coral in that spot are under only 4" of water.

What's your reading at sea level? (Water surface )

The par meter is the clubs, so it will be a while before I get it back to check that as I didn't look at those values and there is long wait list!

Any chance you'd try a lux meter app for your smartphone if you have one? I'm curious to have a surface measurement. :D Galactica Luxmeter is one people have had luck getting good results with if you have an iPhone....

(A $15 handheld lux meter definitely has its uses if you've never thought of getting one online somewhere. :))
