PAR38 full spectrum bulb for refugium/chaeto

I am planning on doing a frag rack on my refugium and will put the PAR38 full spectrum bulb on it...will it affect my chaeto growth/health?

I use a par 38 in my fuge but it only has blue and white lights but works great!

Do a rapid led kit carlos. Mark did it and cheato grows the same.
