Par38 refugium bulb recommendation?

I have an 85 gallon DT and a 30 gallon sump with a refugium. I have a double PAR38 fixture over the sump and I'm looking for the best bulbs to grow Chaeto in the fuge. Recommendations?

For something that big you might be better going with a fixture such as this

Another user on here got one and loves it. Otherwise I always recommend the Kessil H380.
