Paraguard Flukes/External Worms

Has anyone ever tried paraguard for external worms or flukes? I have a couple of twitchy fish than didnt respond to 30 days of copper and prazi. I am very reluctant to use formalin for safety reasons.

You could try a freshwater dip to confirm flukes.

Nothing showing on FW Dip but definitly something irritating the fish's gills.

Ill try and get one later. The fish are literally scraping there gills on plastic decorations. My blenny also does some weitd spinni g in circles trying to bite its tail. I know its not ick or velvet since they went through copper treatment. Definitly some type of fluke, worm, or ciliate causing it.
