I already knew my phosphate and nitrates would be high but how bad are they?

Everything looking good. No algea. I'm overstocked and feed heavy so knew about this and plug, probably time to change out my media.
Trying to dive into SPS world but haven't been successful. Currently have a green slimer that's browning out. I have clam, zoas and softies that are doing fine but have struggled with keeping duncans and gonis.

What do you do for nutrient removal?
Water change, skimmer, refugium, carbon dose other?

Water change, skimmer, refugium, carbon dose other?

Sump isn't big enough to run Skimmer and Refugium so I chose Refugium over the skimmer. Have not been consistent on water change and for media, I throw in a bag of Seachem seagel
