hey! i would like to know if there is any machine or device that constantly tells me my parameters and that i do not have to be constantly buying like one time use. I would prefer a digital one but i would settle for something that i could use to test myself as long as i do not have to be constantly buying things for it. thank you in advance.

Neptune Apex/Trident, Hydros, and Mastertronic these are the big automatic ones for hobbyists but also super expensive. There’s Hanna Checkers too but nothing that exists that is going to automatically test every single parameter constantly. There’s also photometers like LaMotte/API Aquaspin that tests a wide range of parameters but require you to add sample water/buy disks that are expensive too.
