Is it possible for N03 and P04 to stabilize or come down without water changes?

Back story- I was battling dinos but caught it quickly and was able to over feed, dose bacteria, phyto and silicates to bring up my n03 and n04 and beat the dinos.
As you can see the swings aren't too drastic but I only did one water change when nitrates hit the 21 mark and haven't done one since. However today my N03 and N04 came down on its own. I tested twice and the numbers are correct.
I had also gotten bryopsis and gha from the higher nutrients and got a konch to battle those. I tested today because I had planned on higher numbers and wanted to see what they were before the water change which I won't do now.

Algae and coral will consume them both.
