Try to bring up Nitrates to measurable levels 10-20ppm. IMHO 10.2 alkalinity is high.....shoot for 8

How can I increase nitrate ?

There are several ways - variations of either stop removing it or add more
* remove algae if you have lots growing (algae consuming it)
* reduce filtration (if you have a skimmer or automatic filter roller)
* get more fish
* feed more food
* dose nitrate directly
* dose ammonia (carefully)

Can you tell us more about your tank? How long's it been running, what size, what fish/inverts do you have...

Water box 20 been running 4 months got 1 sand sifting snail, I think 1 trochus snail, 1 baby hermit crab, 1 bangi cardinal, one clownfish, small zoa frag, small lepto frag
