Ammonia ~.25-.50 or so.

Hard to tell as it's an API kit. 
On a more serious note it looks like .25 and .50 on the ammonia. I'm not even going to attempt to read the nitrates.

.50 ammonia. That kit is a great starter for getting through a cycle. The ammonia is easy to see when it gets to zero, same for nitrites.
Once you get beyond the cycle I only use that kit for pH once in a blue moon and nitrates when they get above what my Red Sea kit can detect.
