Hiya, I have cycled my tank with live sand and live rock and put Hardy fish in. Have diatoms showing on my sand and these are my parameters. Should I do a water change ?

up and running for about 2months put fish in about a month ago, I have seen nitrate in past tests. I have order the sailfin test kit for ammonia to try. Those parameters look too good to be true.
I've often heard of API showing a false positive for ammonia at .25. 0 Nitrite is a good sign. 0 Nitrate would kind of suggest that the tank hasn't really begun to cycle yet.
How long ago did you fill the tank? How did you cycle it? How long has the fish been in?
tank is about 2months old, I added bacteria last night, should I dose again ? or wait till its next due ?.I cannot tell from pic but looks like zero nitrite zero nitrate with a little amonia. I would suggest adding like bacteria in a bottle to the tank since you have fish. Yes do a water change 20 percent of tank volume should help. When you test you should read 0 amonia 0 nitrite some nitrates. How old is this tank?
should I be concerned about the ammonia? Or leave and just carry on mu water change on Sunday ?If it's two months old, you put fish in a month ago, and you've had nitrate in the past, I'd say your're cycled. I'm no Dr. Tim though.
Knowing that the API kit is famous for ammonia false positives and if your fish seem happy, I would leave it and carry on with your water change on Sunday.should I be concerned about the ammonia? Or leave and just carry on mu water change on Sunday ?
