I have been wanting to do an upgrade for some time now. I previously had a 27g cube that was setup for about 2 years and I was finally getting tired of it. Not enough room for corals, to tricky to keep clean, and not enough swimming space for the fish.

Here is the last top down shot I have of the Cube.

I went out and bought a new 40 breeder tank and stand and got everything planned out. On October 5th I took the whole day and completely emptied out the 27g and put all the corals, rocks, and fish into buckets. Then I started setting up the 40 breeder. All the livestock went back in the tank that same day, but the sump took another few days to be completed.

Here is a fts of the Breeder. All the rock that you can see in this tank came from the cube, nothing new was added.

Still have to find the right settings on the mp10's and find the right placement for all the corals.

What are you using for lighting? I've been rather unhappy with the single DM 155e (older version) that I have because of the falloff on the sides of my tank and I have it suspended about 12 inches over the tank. I'm tempted to get a second one and run them perpendicular to the tank but... I'm kind of in a pickle with whether or not the cost is worth it.

I have a single gen 2 radion hanging over the tank currently. It is about 15" off the top of the water.

Here is an update on the tank.

In november I bought a euphyllia pack from one of AquaSd's live sales. Great pieces

Then just the other day I made a purchase from ReefBids.

Here is a top down shot. I took this early morning on 1/1/15. Before I started moving stuff around.

Thanks! Still have to move a bunch of stuff around. Maybe I will add some more corals to the tank if you guys put up some new euphyllia lol.

More work to be done on the tank. Thinking of hooking my reactor back up and putting carbon in it. I am also thinking about lifting my light up off the sump a little bit so I can have more room access it. Not to mention I have to figure out the problem with my ATO but at the moment I think it is broken.

Will post some more pictures tomorrow as I am getting in another online order.

Turns out I have to send the ATO back for warranty repair/replacement. Have to do that this week if I can remember, and if I can get to the post office before it closes.
