Hi¡

A kind of bubble or pimple appeared to my clownfish in their gills. Also his gills are damaged (with triangles). I made a fresh water dip today (5min) and reintruduced him into tank but he does not eat and has a fast breathing. any suggestion? Should i repeat fresh water dip? should i QT with cupper? Thanks in advance¡

The bubble has me stumped!
By gill damage, do you mean the little black points? If so, those are normal gill spines.
The rapid breathing and not feeding are two serious issues. The problem is, they can have multiple causes. At this point, moving the fish to a QT and dosing with copper might be the best action to take.

Thanks a lot for you reply Jay¡
Well, by gill damage i mean this triangular shape (below picture), prob. is not damage and is normal...

Those are a bit more elongate than usual, but they are just normal gill spines I think. There *could* be some bacterial action that is causing them to be more pronounced, but look as some close-up shots of clownfish online, and you'll see what I mean. Again, I just don't know what the bubble could be.....
