Parasite, isopods or amphipods?

So the last few weeks ago noticed a few of these on the glass of my tank, and now there's literally tons of them. I read that pods are good but that some of them are parasitic and very harmful which I hope these are not! I can take better pictures if needed, these are pretty small right now, I think they might be isopods? If so hopefully they are the good kind, my clowns and hippo tang have 0 interest in eating them so far.

Nice! With so much pods you could get a mandarin goby. They would love to snack on those.
