What size tank is it in? How long have you had it? What are you feeding? Did you quarantine? If so, did you medicate?

I think it's a AI did quarantine Aegids isopod. I did quarantine for a month. All it did was sit inside the feeding clip and come out to eat, so really didnt get a good look at it. However I did continually add stress guard everyday. Just moved the fish into my 40 gal and I feed it sheets of seaweed.

P.S am upgrading to bigger tank. dont ridicule me for the tank size [emoji16]

It does not appear to be parasitic to me.

Blue hippos wedge themselves between rocks all the time. So it may just be irritated from that, or if it brushed a coral.

came home and found my tang against skimmer pump. Pushed it off and it fell to bottom of tank. pulled it out tried to grab spot with tweezers but I couldn't grab nothing. in quarantine again.

...does still look isopodish to me but should have pulled off him....

fish still swimming around in quarantine doesnt seem to be eating like it was. But I assume its because of the drama.

Unfortunately, I can’t tell anything definitive from the photos.
