PARASITE on pink squareback anthias. 2nd time on same fish

hey guys. just seeing if any of you has the same experience with me. I've seen this parasite 2x on the same fish. it came out had an empty hole and it completely healed without any noticable scaring. anyone can chime in?

kinda bumping this up. curious if others had these. i've been keeping anthias since day 1. even have Rudie Kutier's book on anthias but still haven't figured out what (or where) these parasites come from.
