Parasite or greed?

Hi I was just wondering if my goby has a parasite or is just big from all the food?

I have been feed more to try and get my nutrient level up and the goby does eat quite a lot.

Trite 0
Trate 6ppm
SG 1.025
P04 0.06ppm

Have you observed any white stringy poo, or any other indications of intestinal problems other than bloated tummy? It could also be the indication of an internal bacterial infection. Keep an eye out for strange swimming behavior or rectal prolapse as this can also be an indication of an internal problem.

He seems to be acting normal and eats constantly. He even eats the algae strips I put in for my tang. I haven't seen white stringy poop either.

He has been in my DT for a few weeks now. He never showed any symptoms in my QT so I never treated (Not sure what to treat with for parasites as I'm in the UK). Him and the tang did go through 5 weeks of hyposalinity. Again there was no bloating or white stringy poop in the QT. It's only happened since I started feeding more
