Parasite - or spaghetti worm ?

This used to be a black footed trochus snail, now I'm not really sure. The little arms move around a bit, just curious if it's some sort of parasite, or a spaghetti worm? In my coral/invert QT.

That snail just stopped moving and died in that spot one day, and the little arm started popping out not too long after, so was just curious if he got KO'd by something LOL
