I just did a water change in my qt, which I just completed a 5 day treatment of prazi. I have a Bandit and Goldflake that has been in my qt for a week and saw a bunch of stringy waste on the bottom of the tank. They are both eating very well and no signs of distress. So I’m wondering if this is just normal fish waste or parasites?

It looks enough like a worm that I wouldn't take a chance, especially as they're already in qt and eating.
Feed them medicated food. Take some frozen mysis or whatever frozen they like. Put 1 T or a couple of cubes into a container.
Add 1 scoop of Seachem Focus and 1 scoop of API General Cure, and let it thaw.
Mix it up well. Make sure no bits of medicine remain visible.
Now just take off the solid pieces of food. Leave most of the liquid behind (or drain it off.)
Feed the medicine-soaked chunks to your fish. Do it for at least 7 days (some people say 10-14), once a day (some people say at every meal.)
Intestinal parasites begone.
