I Think I have a parasite, I was just looking at my tank and all of a sudden I saw a white thing swimming around

I cant get a good pic on it please help me

Well I’m not sure, they are white and are long and they swim around

When you say long, how long are we talking? 1/4" or 1 inch and longer? Amphipod or isopod, or some sort of pod would be my first guess without a good picture

They are less than 1 inch but every time I take a pic they wanna drop back down to the sand
