Parasites or good bacteria

Hello,

Could anyone recognize what are these little thinks. They are all over on my front glass. Also noticed them on my sand.
Are they fliendly or parasites, and how can I get rid of them?

First one may be a flat worm.

Second pic unsure. Have you got montipora in the tank ?

Yes I think also the first one are flat worms. Are they frienly or need to be removed some how?

I have two montiporas but they are very small pieces: red and green. Onlu 5 santimeturs big.

First one looks like a flatworm, second one looks like an isopod

I had the white flat worms like that there was a lot of them. I sucked them out every once in awhile then they just disappeared every once in awhile I'll see one or two but that's about it
