Parasites or paranoia?

I have a pair of clowns in my QT and it's been 3 weeks with no signs of any issues and I was about to move them into my DT then I noticed some spots on one of the clowns sorry for the bad pictures... there are about 12 but after a good hour of taking pictures it's the best I could do

looks like normal clowning to me. How are they eating and breathing?

Its eating fine and breathing fine, just noticed the spots weren't on the other one.

Looks like a few small bullet holes to me, just part of the pattern.
