whats the best meds? I have used API General cure the last few times but it seems every month I have a new fish with signs of a parasite, I follow the directions and do the whole community tank, what do you recommend? 36 gallon freshwater community, guppies , Platys, Otocinclus, Siamese Algae Eaters

What are the symptoms? What are the parameters of your tank (temperature, ph, ammonia, nitrate)? Do you have any pictures of what might be the issue in question? Have you added new fish or plants to the tank every time fish get sick? After treating with general cure, does it go away?
Sunken belly and stringy poop, yes I have added new fish but I alway quarantine with the co op trio before adding them to the community tank

These parameters are always the same and this tank has been running for 2 years, yes it does seem for a short time the General Cure does work
