Part missing from factory? Deltec 1500 ix anybody?

Bought one new online
Whas installed and readdy in de sealed box.
Pump maked a loud noise and lots of vibrations.
Checked everything and impeller and parts are ok.
The white shaft sits in the last chamber 1,5 cm diameter.
I think there is missing a piece in there.
Can annyone confurm?

Yes. Definitely Looks like your missing the ceramic bushing unfortunately.
