Partial red spot on sps frag?

I have birdnest frags and some part of coral has some red spot on its skeleton. It opens fully and looks healthy but im little worried its some kinds of pest or disease.

Are you referring to the dots on the skeleton. Those are retracted polyps

But its red dot with red looking skeleton. Is that normal?

The coral looks fine to me I would just leave it alone and wait for the polyps to come out.if they dont after 2 weeks or so and the coral starts to show signs of not making it then you have an issue.

Agree, the red is the sps coloring up which is a good sign.
