I was wondering if anyone could tell me why there’s all these particles floating around in the water. It wasn’t like that yesterday. The only difference is today I added a filter sock

Did you rinse the sock in RO water first?

Hard to see in your pic, but I occasionally get a bunch of pods blowing around.

I didn’t rinsed the rock first. Should I take it out and rinse it or doesn’t it not matter anymore?

Might be past that point now. I would give the tank time for the pumps to circulate the water a few times through and those particles should get caught up the sock.
