Info on the hydra it will include a extra power brick ($53 retail) & a fair new fan which was ~ $20. When I replaced the fan I could only screw in one side as the other side was rusted and stripped. So the fan isn't seated fully. Which caused some rubbing on the fan guard. So I personally just removed the fan guard and it works fine. Willing to do $175 shipped.

about the non-HD hydra : the fan works, the LED's work and it will come with two power supplies..

The only issue is the fan shroud will sometimes rub against the fan because the fan is not 100% seated correctly (as its only screwed in on one side) you can see in the picture - I couldn't remove the left screw because it was rusted/stripped. You can probably fix it or remove the screw or at worst case replace the fan again. I have priced this item according @ 175 b.c of this issue but still works normally and is silent without the fan shroud on it.
