The problem with parting it out is it'll take forever to get rid of everything and in the mean time I'm on the hook for the 20x10 storage unit monthly rent.

If my wife didnt just have surgery and being off six weeks and the main income for the family, I would seriously consider buying this ( How I dont know but...) , this is a great opportunity for someone to clean up everything and part it out. You could make a lot of money off of this
