Password reset doesn’t seem to work

Is there a known issue with the password reset of the Triton website? I tried resetting my password using both email and userid, checked my spam mail etc, and still haven’t received an email. I tried Safari and Chrome mobile browsers.

Not that I am aware of.
Once in a while I have a problem logging in.
I am sure its on their end though.

Had the same issue a while back, send support an email, have them reset it.
