To start off I don’t have much experience with sps so this may be the reason why my coral looks to be bleached. I do have montipora but it seems to be fine. So a few weeks ago I found my self with ich and I’ve been curing my fish in a QT. I took a powerhead out of my tank but moved my return pump to the side where the power head was. There’s still plenty of flow in my tank. I have many other corals that are doing fine. I just noticed that the coral looks to be bleached today. My parameters are as followed:

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Calcium 400
Nitrate 0
pH 8.2
dKH 8
Phosphates .25
Temp 78°F

I add iodine and strontium. Weekly water changes. I feed my Corals reef roids 2 times per week.

Any help would be great

The tissue loss at the bottom of it could be several things. Lack of light reaching that area, RTN, pest or damage from near by corals.

The overall color doesn’t necessarily indicate bleaching, but possible paling?

How long have you had it? what light is it under? was it recently dipped?

So I have another concern, not sure if the coral is stressed out or I did something else. I was cleaning my glass and I had to move my Blueridge and montipora coral (my profile picture) and when I put it back I noticed half of the Blueridge turned white... Usually I look at this coral with the light on so I don't notice anything but with the lights out it looks pretty pale. The coral has these "hair" looking things that come out at night so I know its still alive. Is this normal for the coral to look like this at night?

Coral is fine got massive till I moved tanks and all my sps died sadly. Had it alive for another year after this post. I think it was just bleached in the part that wasn’t getting light. Used t5 hybrid so every part of every coral would get light and never had an issue again

I use regular LED, it was doing fine for a month and then now In 2 days half of the coral is bleached. Every other coral is fine so idk what’s going on
