I have a powder blue that I have had I'm QT for over a month and therapeutic copper for 13 days. Tonight I noticed a bump right where the dorsal connects to the body...any thoughts?

On a good note, I think I learned how to mess with settings that mean nothing to me to get a true picture of fish. Also, who knew I could edit photos right on my phone?

It doesn't look white in the picture. Is that correct? Is it under the skin or on top? Have you treated with prazi yet?

It is under the skin, and same color as the fish. He went through one round of prazi before copper

I wonder if this isn't some kind of internal parasite...

Would Metro help in this situation, with the bug/worm/crustacean/whatever-it-is lodged in muscle tissue under the skin?

~Bruce, kind of guessing . . .

I'm not sure if metroplex would help, but I don't think it would hurt.

does this mean you dosed prazi only once? Or did you do two doses 5-7 days apart?
I only did it once. The fish was showing signs of ich, so decided to move onto the copper at the time, hoping to do the full round of 2 doses of prazi 5-7 days apart after copper done.

I know I have read both can be done at same time, but wanted to avoid that.
