Also bright whight spots may be sand as my trigger keeps pooping out sand over him.

The video won’t load. Can you post it as a YouTube link and add some white light pictures?
Both kick-ich and melafix are very ineffective medications. Neither will do anything to control ich.

It does appear to have ich, but those big white spots are definitely sand that sticks to increased mucus produced by the by fish in reaction to ich. The two products you are using, imo, are complete garbage. You need to QT all your fish and treat them with copper.

Well, only my pbt has it. Clown, trigger, and wrasse dont have any sign. So how can i quarintine them? I dont have any other tank or anything. All.i have is a 75gal freshwater and a breeder box.

If you have corals and inverts, and it does look like you do, you will have to take them out. A 20-gallon tank will do, with a HOB filter (no carbon), some places for them to hide in, a heater, and an air pump. I do have LR in my qt, but I don't recommend it, it's hard to build up copper to therapeutic levels because LR absorbs it.

Well thats gonna be a pain. Got the aquarium only months ago and already spent so much money i dont think that is possible as of now. I have a heater, air pump, hob filter, but the aquarium, not so much.

I have a 37gal im selling but everytime i tried to do something with it the fish died. I dont trust myself, and also it has some gravel im still cleaning so not sure what to do.

Yeah, they are notorious for ich. You have to assume that other fish will have it too now. You need to take QT the fish. Let your DT fallow for 76 days, but vacuum the sand and LR regularly, especially dead spots to help you get rid of some of it mechanically.

How many inverts do you have? Pulling them and doing a hyposalinity treatment on the dt (with the fish in there) is an option. The inverts won’t need as much space as the fish for the time being, but would still have to stay out for 60 days.
